Objectives of Training & Development Department: 

Training & Development Department firstly studies the Qatari business market , determines its necessary training needs and then invites experienced  instructos and lecturers  to implement cources for employees of Qatari institutions and companies at nominal cost. Its objectives are :  

1) Suggesting an annual training plan .

2) Organizing all training courses for both members and employees of the chamber.

3) Building partnership relations with GCC ICDL Institution .

4) Developing and implementing different training courses .

5)  Cooperation with other training centers in Qatar .

6) Hiring halls and rooms of the chamber for inside or outside events .

7) Coordination with various parties and companies to organize special training courses.

8)  Increasing  the financial resources.

9) Electronic training program.

10) Cooperation with British  Council.

11) Cooperation with French  Council.
